Euan is both a Scottish and South African qualified Chartered Account. He completed his Master of Art in Applied Economics at the University of St Andrews, Scotland. Following articles, Euan lived and worked in Russia as a consultant, and specialised in transaction advisory services, before moving into a project management role for an NGO in Central Asia. Euan's primary function is to provide support to the Directors on the implementation of transactions consummated by Basileus Capital. Euan joined Basileus in April 2011. |

Kevin Sun graduated from Boston College with a major degree in Economics and a minor in Biology. He has worked for over 14 years in various investments banks including ING Barings, Credit Suisse and most recently, JP Morgan Chase as an Executive Director." He has specialized in Asian equity markets with a strong concentration in Japan while serving some of the world's largest institutional asset managers. Kevin has helped lead-manage two of Japan's largest IPO's which include Sony Financial at US$8.5BN and Dai-ichi Life at US$11BN. His areas of sector focus include technology where he has a very thorough understanding of semiconductor production equipment, passive components and consumer electronics. Other areas of interest include pharmaceuticals and medical equipment. Kevin is currently based in Hong Kong after spending the previous 10 years in San Francisco and New York. |
